Return And Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@zelosstyles.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After we provide you with the necessary information, you can return your item by mail.
Once approved, customers can expect a refund within 10 business days of contacting us. Please note that some financial institutions may require additional time for the refund to be fully processed, and it might take longer for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Defective/Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@zelosstyles.store if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Please also include pictures of the defective item, highlighting the specific area of concern, along with proof of order delivery.
Customer Remorse
For orders cancelled due to customer remorse, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs but there is no restocking fee.

If you entered the incorrect address at checkout, please inform us immediately. Unfortunately, as the customer, you are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. Once we have dispatched your order, we cannot change the delivery address and cannot offer a refund on products sent to an incorrect address.
